Mona and Mona Pro – clit and nipple sucker stimulators by Honey Play Box
index
When I saw Mona and Mona pro, my first impression was that they were the same toy. Everything is exactly the same when it comes to design and functionality; the only difference between them is that Mona Pro has a bullet attached to it. Other than that is pretty much the same, and I’m not saying this in the wrong way, just pointing out why this review features two toys instead of one.
Both Mona and Mona pro have an attractive design; they actually remind me of a flashlight that you can use when there is an outage or those weird face cleaners so Mona can pass as something other than a toy. Still, Mona Pro clearly has a bullet, so people might know what it is or at least guess. They have a detachable cup and a vibrator "tongue-tail" inside. Mona has three buttons, the first to turn on the toy, the middle to start the cup suction, and the third to turn on the vibrator 'tongue’ inside the cup. Mona pro, on the contrary, also has three buttons but their functions differ from the ones on Mona. The first button is to turn on the toy and control the vibrator tail inside the cup; the second is to control the suction cup (that remains the same), and the third is to control the bullet. In both toys, the vibrator tail inside the cup has three intensities and seven patterns, and the bullet on mona pro has the same settings.
The toys are great when it comes to suction. I don’t know if you are like me, but I’m a curious soul, so the first thing I did when I got them was to put them on my arm to see if the suction was good enough, and it was; I was amazed so I couldn’t wait to use them.
Now, let’s be honest, the main problem when playing solo is that you tend to forget certain body parts that also need attention during this special time, for example, your boobs. I usually start playing with them, but I forget about them after a few minutes and focus on my vagina. When I received both Mona and Mona pro, I saw the opportunity to play with my breast while doing my business down there, so the first way I tested them both was sucking my boobs. This was an awkward experience, and I can’t say it was terrible because I liked it, but it also was a little uncomfortable. The suction modes are seriously strong, and since there is a vibrator tongue-tail inside, that part was hurting my nipples a little. I’m not sure if I didn’t put the cups in the correct position, but I had to stick on the lowest intensity and couldn’t change it; otherwise, it was uncomfortable on my breast. My recommendation is to be super careful and use the lowest level, it feels great, but it hurts. Hence, if you like pain, then this probably is for you.
A cable connects the vibrator bullet to the toy, so when I used the suction cup on my tits and tried using the bullet on my clit, the connector cable was too short. My solution was using Mona pro on my tits (the cup suction and the bullet) and Mona on my clit, and it was like heaven on my bed. It was also a bit uncomfortable but still enjoyable. The cup embraces your vulva so perfectly that it feels like someone is actually doing it when the suction starts. These toys are great for foreplay; they tease your body parts in a way no other toys can, producing certain pain levels on your tits. It’s SO good yet so weird. Probably BDSM people would love it as they are super intense, so you might want to be careful if you’re not into that.
Overall, I was pleased with the toys; even though I think minor details can be improved, I still would recommend them, but I will advise anyone to try them with extra care and be mindful of using them if you’re uncomfortable with feeling some pain.
Packaging
The word is discreet, and it’s entirely suitable for both Mona and Mona Pro. They come in a hard, cute, white box with the company’s name and logo (a bee), ideally for gifts; inside has an instruction leaflet, the toy, and a USB charging cable. It’s worth noting that both have magnetic charging. You only have to get the cable close to the port, and it snaps on, EASIER THAN EVER!!
The only downside of the packaging is that the toy comes in this paper-shredded confetti, and it’s not good as it spreads everywhere and is therefore not safely stored. I wouldn’t say I like it, but that’s my personal opinion, other than that it is great.
