To make a claim under the 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, you must:

• Complete a Returns Form on our warranty page and select '100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee' as the reason for the refund.
• Initiate returns within 100 days of receiving the product.
• This policy applies exclusively to toys purchased from our online store; reseller purchases are ineligible.
• The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

 Once we have reviewed and accepted your claim, we will issue you a full refund credited to the account from which the payment was made.

Please note:

• Only a single item from an order can be returned under the 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, and each order is eligible for only one refund. We don’t offer exchanges.
• The number of refunds under the 100-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is limited entirely at Honey Play Box®'s discretion.
